Lilee was freaking amazing! wonderful vibes and an awesome hair stylist. was super clear in what was being done and how. i was also given advice and product recommendations about how to really care for my hair (i have half red hair which i was not treating right previously). super loved the outcome and have already booked a follow up appointment. Stefans is a really welcoming environment, i couldnt recommend it more.

I recently had an appointment at another Stefan salon for a wash, blow-dry and style, however I was left unsatisfied with the result of the consult and reached out to the customer care team to inquire a resolution to the situation. I was connected with Sue Nelson and communicated for around a month, in which Sue was extremely generous and considerate in rectifying the situation for me, and fitting to my schedule, which did not go unnoticed! Sue was patient, understanding and overwhelmingly kind. She made arrangements for me to have another appointment at the Chermside Stefan salon, where I was taken care of by the beautiful Carly. Carly was so kind and welcoming, and made the experience feel luxurious and positive from start to finish. The Chermside Stefan team had a wonderfully hospitable environment and I was made to feel very valued while they fixed an issue they hadn’t created. I truly appreciated the whole Stefan team going above and beyond with their professionalism and customer service to give me a positive experience in their salon, and I will 100% continue to be a client with them in the future.

Backdrop! I’ve been to the same hair dresser for the last 10 years but I needed somewhere closer today for a good hair cut and treatment. My first experience at a different stylist in a decade and I was so nervous. I chose Stefan entrusting they would hire experienced stylists with a passion for hair and they did not disappoint. I gather the wonderful lady with the bright red hair (who helped me) was the manager as she was so approachable to the entire team, was constantly across them making sure they were supported and so kind and wonderful to me. I left happy than ever with my hair and the entire time I thought to myself “I’ve never seen a salon where everyone is calm and happy and supported” and it was calming as a customer to be in that environment. Not to mention there was no pushy sales tactics on the products she recommended me and after researching them they’re looking like amazing products that will help me with my broken hair post chemo. The wash basin chairs were comfortable and she ensured I had plenty of neck support. The towels were super soft and I left completely dry (no wet shirt down my back or wet face haha) This is a long review but for good reason. Kudos to the woman who is a great leader in this store.
